In Saint-Émilion, where vineyards and history intertwine, we wandered into an old cathedral that took my breath away. The quiet grandeur of its architecture, weathered yet dignified, carried both history and stillness.

Scattered about were crumbled fragments of stone, patiently waiting for their next position in the life of the building. The space felt alive with calmness, as though the walls themselves were breathing.

This cathedral became one of the places most photographed during my time in France—not just for its details, but for how deeply it resonated with me. Cathedral Door is a reflection of that moment of connection, where the sacred and the artistic aligned perfectly.
